The not-so-fine print:  We keep our memberships simple.  No down-payment.  No crazy long term commitment. All we ask is if you require a change to your membership, you submit the change in writing via email at least 14-days prior to your next billing cycle (in most cases, 1st of the month).  All payments processed are final and non-refundable.

Elements: $175
New to CrossFit? Start with our Elements program where you will learn and acquire the skills necessary to begin the next chapter. Elements is a requirement for anyone new to CrossFit and upon completion you will be able to join any of the regularly scheduled classes. Safety and proficiency of movement is our number one priority!  We will work with you to schedule your Elements sessions.

TStrong Lifting classes are led by Jon Mickulik, DPT.  As a Physical Therapist and Power Lifter, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from both realms and together can undoubtedly help us all better understand the body's anatomy for the 3 main powerlifting movements: deadlift, bench press, and squat.  Jon's ability to break down technique, provide tips, and teach accessory exercises will not only improve these 3 power lifts, but carryover into all Olympic lifts and CrossFit movements.

CrossFit Kids Class Pass 6 Pack: $120
