At Tribute Strength our sole focus lies not just in getting adults fit but also in improving our children’s fitness as well. The fact of the matter is we believe children need to be pointed in the right direction. A direction that leads them on a path to health and well-being. A path that provides the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. A path that prepares them to be safe; as well as, successful in sports. A path, most importantly, that prepares them for the physical and mental challenges that life offers.
The classes, led and conducted by our CrossFit Kids Certified Coaches, will be one hour long and will be physically and mentally challenging. Kids will learn how to move, why it’s important to move and why building upon the 10 General Physical Skills is so important:Cardio/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.
What’s the cool thing about working hard and getting fit? Having fun in the process! Be it adults or children we all want to have fun and enjoy this path. That’s exactly what we’ll be doing!
